We use high-quality raw material for steel balls which is from Wuxi Xingcheng Steel Company. (They have passed international certification of NSK, SKF and any other bearing manufacturers. )

Each production line has his own Lot No. Following it, we can find and solve any problem at any time. Expect professional inspector checking product before packing, workers will be also check their product every two hours.


OUR STRICT INSPECTION TO HIGH PRECISION STEEL BALLS

1. Each size of chrome steel balls have their own standard balls which are imported from Japan.
2. These standard balls were stocked into antirust oil at the temperature 20° C.
3. Our size measurement instrument's precision is up to 0.1um. Also import from Japan.
4. We will check the diameter, hardness, surface, deviation from spherical, vibration value and so on.

We will be sure good quality of our steel balls before packing and delivering.

THE DIFFERENCE OF EVERY SPECIFICATIONS STAINLESS STEEL BALL

AISI 52100 / GCr15 / 100Cr6 chrome steel
Chrome steel have even chemical composition and hardness, bear high pressure and friction when working,
steel balls made of chrome steel offer superior wear resistance, excellent surface, high hardness and high load
bearing capacity. They are usually used in roller bearing industry and for a variety of automobile applications.

AISI 1010 or AISI 1015 carbon steel
AISI 1010 or AISI 1015 carbon steel balls, usually made of low carbon steel material, carbon steel balls without heat-treatment are cheap and have bright surface but very low hardness. For balls with heat-treatment, they have good hardness and the best precision is G100. Carbon steel balls are usually used in automotive applications, semi-precision bearings, casters, locks and drawer slides, bicycles, roller skates and so on.

Stainless steel (AISI 304)
There are many kinds of stainless steel balls, AISI 304, AISI 316, AISI 316L, AISI 420, AISI 420C, AISI 440, AISI 440C.AISI 304 steel balls have no good hardness but offer good corrosion resistance, they offer good resistance to atomospheric corrosion, dyes, food processing, valves, sex products and so on.

Stainless steel (AISI 316)
AISI 316 steel balls have no good hardness, but have better corrosion resistance than AISI 304, AISI 316 stainless steel balls offer good corrosion resistance to sulphuric acid compounds. They are used in nail polish, trigger sprayers, dispenser valves, body jewelry and so on.

Stainless steel (AISI 316L)
AISI 316L  type stainless steel ball has lower carbon content than AISI 316 material, which offers ever higher corrosion resistance, also gives excellent resistance to sulphuric acid compounds. Usually used in valves, jewelry and medical uses.

Stainless stel (AISI 420)
AISI 420 have good hardness and fair-to-good corrosion resistance and strength, it is generally used for all applications requiring resistance to corrosion such as bearings, valves, writting instruments, food environment, fresh water, many petroleum products and mild acid environments. AISI 420 is also magnetic.

Stainless steel (AISI 420C)
AISI type stainless steel balls have the advantage of maximum hardness combined with corrosion resisting properties, 420C balls have a slightly higher hardness range than 420. Its fine surface finish, also makes them especiall useful in bearings and valves and other severe environment applications.

Stainless steel (AISI 440)
AISI 440 type stainless steel balls are used extensively in steel ball bearing that require hardness, dimensional stability, corrosion resistance and toughness. 440 ball are resistant to corrosion from fresh water, steam, crude oil, gasoline, perspiration, alcohol, blood and food stuffs. Maximum resistance to corrosion and tarnishing is only achieved when 440 balls are fully hardened and surface are polished to a high luster. 440 balls are also magnetic.
