A, Chrome balls are our main product.

There are two kinds of chrome balls. One is high precision G5 or G10. Another is normal precision G100.
High precision chrome balls widely used in bearings.
Normal precision chrome balls widely used in car seat.
But they also need high quality and the sorting guage is in +/-2um.
Nominal ball deviation tolerance of G100: +/-12.5um.
The ball diameter variation of 0: 0.25um max.

Raw material-cold heading-Flashing-Heat treatment-Grinding-Polishing-Packing

Our high-quality raw material for normal chrome balls is still from Wuxi Xingcheng Steel Company. (They have passed international certification of NSK, SKF and any other bearing manufacturers. )
Each month our max. Production output of normal chrome balls is about 100tons-160tons.

All normal chrome balls must be 100% sorted by roller. Sometimes they must passed the procedure of lapping1 to be sure the equality diameter.




C. Steel balls package(We also can pack them following customers' request! )

One:
Step 1: Weighing steel balls.
Step 2: Sealed plastic bags
Step 3: Put sealed plastic bags into small boxes.
Step 4: Each box has the label, including material, Lot No. Size, quantity, grade, date and so on
Step 5: Put boxes in carton. There are four boxes in a carton. Each carton is about 20kg.
Step 6: Each carton also have the label, including material, Lot no. Diameter, quantity, grade, date.
Step 7: Put cartons into wooden case. There are about 36-48 cartons in a wooden case.


Another:
Step 1: Weighing steel balls. Each plastic bag is about 10kg.
Step 2: Sealed plastic bags
Step 3: Put sealed plastic bags into small boxes.
Step 4: Each box has the label, including material, Lot No. Size, quantity, grade, date and so on
Step 5: Put boxes directly into the wooden case.
Step 7: There are 80 boxes in a wooden case.
